Making It Count Tuesday :: The Copycat Edition

It's Making it Count Tuesday! Twice a month, Sarah and I are co-hosting the Making it Count Tuesday link-up. Start with any one of those fabulous ideas you have found online. Then, do it. Make it. Cook it. Create it. Take it from the screen, give it life and let it bless your world. When you're done, snap a photo, write about it and share it with us.  Make your time online count.

I am so sorry that I missed the last MIC completely. I was so, so sick that there was just no way it was happening. I hope you will please forgive me.

Especially since I don't have much for you this week either. I was sick for a while. And school started. And the Olympics have been going on. And my camera is broken. And I have more sob stories I could tell, but I won't bore you. Just suffice it to say, I have my reasons. And I am truly contrite.

But I did try Sarah's Greek Salad Dressing recipe and it was so yummy. (Imagine there is a photo here. Took the camera out to snap one, but it wouldn't come on.)

And if I may copy myself, I also made schultutte again this year since it is a kindergarten year. I managed to get the camera to come on long enough to snap this photo of J with his. I didn't get pictures of the other kids at all that day, but they had smaller versions full of back-to-school goodies, a bit of candy, and some small learning toys. It's a fun tradition.

So what have you been up to?

  1. I love that back to school idea! How sweet. I'll have to try that Greek Salad Dressing recipe- since two of my daughters married in to a Greek family (they married brothers) I have learned to *love* Greek food!

Hope you continue to feel better!

    1. Thanks Laurie! Salad dressing is a winner with cucumbers, tomato and feta. Yum!
